💰 Pay: $22.75 – $26.40/hour (based on experience & weld test)

🎉 Sign-On Bonus: $1,500 in Your First Year!

🕒 Shift: Monday–Thursday | 4PM–2AM

🛠️What You’ll Be Doing:

• Perform MIG welding in flat, vertical, and overhead positions
• Read and follow blue prints and work instructions
• Operate overhead cranes and hand tools safely
• Assemble and weld various metal parts and components
• Adjust weld configurations and heat/form metal as needed
• Accurately use measuring tools to ensure quality
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Train and rotate across different production areas as needed

✅What You Bring:

• 6+ months of MIG, TIG, or Stick welding experience (education or work)
• Ability to read blue prints and use precision measuring tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Welding certification is a plus
• Must wear steel-toed leather boots

The pay range for this position is $47320.00 - $54912.00/yr.
