ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :

\n
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Industrial Mechanic in a manufacturing environment
\n
• Requires standing, stooping, reaching and lifting up to 50 lbs. Requires the ability to perform work with hands and/or arms in the same repetitive motion above and below shoulder level
\n
• Working knowledge of machine operations in a manufacturing environment
\n
• Fundamental understanding of Preventative Maintenance Programs [CMMS]
\n
• Basic knowledge of and ability to troubleshoot the following:
\n
• 24 VDC, 110 and 480/600 3 Phase VAC electrical systems
\n
• Hydraulic Systems
\n
• Pneumatic Systems
\n
• Ability to fabricate steel using a torch, welder and associated tooling
\n
• Basic ability to read prints/schematics of the following types
\n
• Electrical
\n
• Hydraulic
\n
• Pneumatic
\n
• Structural
\n
• The ability to safely operate power tools
\n
• Possesses own set of hand tools
\n

PAY RATE: Commensurate with experience

Job Type: Full-time.

High School graduate or GED with three years on-the-job experience are preferred requirements for this position.

• Read and interpret paperwork (prints & orders).
\n
• Maintain a clean work area.
\n
• Maintain goals per established schedules and standards.
\n
• Working knowledge of tools & equipment used in the maintenance dept.
\n
• Must have good communication skills and be able to interact with other employees, customers and vendors.
\n

NON-ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :

- Perform other duties as assigned.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs., repetitive motion, pushing, pulling and reaching.

Visual acuity.
