Job Description

Port Discovery Children's Museum, one of the top Children's Museums in the United States and a top cultural institution in Baltimore's Inner Harbor, is seeking a detailed and mission-oriented individual to join our team as our Grants Manager. The mission of Port Discovery is to connect purposeful play with learning. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire grants-based workflow of the museum's Development portfolio, which includes funding from private foundations, corporate philanthropy, and government/public funds. Related duties include administering the grant functions of the museum's CRM, stewarding institutional partnerships, and co-managing government relations and advocacy. This position ensures that the museum's philanthropic portfolio is robust, growing, and reflective of the museum's mission and values at the highest standard of excellence.
