Job Description:

An in-house creative and production team is seeking a creative services designer to support enterprise-level business teams. The team operates in a fast-paced, hybrid environment with expertise across photo-real, digital, and virtual content. The goal is to integrate creativity, people, products, and processes to improve agility and reduce costs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The creative services designer will be responsible for producing high-quality creative content aligned with business goals. This role involves analyzing creative briefs, applying strong aesthetic judgment, and collaborating with various internal teams. Success requires excellent soft skills, adaptability, and a strong understanding of business needs.

Daily Tasks:

• Create pixel-perfect files for digital formats including email, web, social media, print, and merchandise
• Participate in collaborative asset review sessions
• Support cross-departmental initiatives, including agency coordination
• Take on evolving projects and new creative opportunities

Required Skills:

• Exceptional attention to detail and consistency
• Strong product knowledge
• Effective soft skills and team collaboration
• Ability to interpret and respond to diverse business objectives
• Flexibility to shift between different project types
• Proficiency in graphic design, photography, and both technical and freeform drawing

Desired Skills:

• Eagerness to learn and stay current with design and technology trends
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude
• Experience in videography, video editing, and computer graphics (CG) is a plus
