Job Summary

As a D1 Coach, you will:

• Create a positive, motivating environment for all athletes.
• Maximize client retention through exceptional service, coaching, training, nutrition guidance, and accountability.
• Tailor movements and workouts to individual needs, ensuring safety and effectiveness.
• Teach proper form and technique to reduce injury risks and enhance performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Foster a positive, encouraging atmosphere for athletes.
• Provide best-in-class service in coaching, training, nutrition, and accountability.
• Adapt exercises to meet individual athlete needs.
• Maintain athlete safety by teaching proper techniques and movement patterns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with each D1 member.
• Lead group workouts, personal training sessions, and team coaching.
• Offer expert advice on strength, speed, and nutrition.

Qualifications

• Valid AED/CPR/First Aid certification.
• At least one certification accredited by the NCCA.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in strength & conditioning, group, team, or personal training.
• Bachelors degree in Exercise Science or a related field (preferred).
