Whistle Club Store Manager

Whistle Club is seeking a dedicated Store Manager with a background in high-end boutiques or luxury retail. We’re looking for someone passionate about creating an exceptional customer experience and inspiring a small, dynamic team.

• Lead daily store operations and ensure a best-in-class customer experience
• Educate, manage, and motivate a small team
• Oversee staff scheduling and performance
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
• Provide outstanding customer service and practice thoughtful clienteling
• Establish and track outreach initiatives and individual team goals
• Maintain a happy, clean, and inviting store environment
• Develop expertise in all Whistle Club merchandise, designers, and procedures
• Serve as the primary point of contact for store POS software and IT systems
• Manage shipping and receiving
• Collaborate and communicate regularly with the owner/buyer
• Continuously seek opportunities to grow and improve the business

• Retail management experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of contemporary and designer markets
• Passion for delivering extraordinary customer experiences
• Experience with clienteling
• Positive, engaging, and warm personality
• Strong work ethic with a natural ability to take initiative
• Ability to work autonomously as well as lead, guide, and motivate others
• Personal style that reflects the Whistle Club aesthetic
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and a varied schedule
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

• Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week
