A Speech Language Pathologist in home health provides personalized rehabilitation services focusing on speech, language, voice, hearing, and swallowing disorders to patients in their homes. They evaluate and treat conditions, develop treatment plans, coordinate care, and provide education to patients, families, and healthcare staff. Their role supports patients' recovery and independence, ensuring high standards of professional practice and confidentiality.

Required Experience/Skills:
Meet the education and experience requirements for Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology or Audiology granted by ASHA
Minimum of six months experience as a speech therapist / speech language pathologist
Home Health experience a plus
Current and unrestricted license
Current CPR certification
Good organizational and communication skills
A valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation are required.
Pay Range
•$49.00 - $69.00 - pay per visit/unit
•$77,200 - $106,200 per year base pay

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
