Solar Sales Consultant:

Are you a dedicated self-starter with a passion for sales seeking an opportunity with uncapped earning potential? We seek a door-to-door Solar Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team and play a key role in generating new customers within the Las Vegas residential market.

Responsibilities:

• Educate potential customers on the benefits of solar energy through door-knocking in residential neighborhoods.
• Attend in-person semiweekly meetings (every Tuesday and Friday) to connect with the team.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service through each interaction.
• Follow weekly key performance indicators to ensure that you are meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Attend training meetings and shadows to enhance your sales skills and develop your solar knowledge.
• Manage customer accounts in a prompt manner with a high level of professionalism.
• Other duties as assigned by your team leaders.

Requirements:

• Must be available for evenings and Saturdays, if necessary.
• Full-time opportunity with a flexible working schedule (Monday-Saturday, preferred)
• Applicants must be 18 years or older.
• Must have reliable transportation and smartphone (IOS preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience mentoring junior salespeople.
• 1+ years of experience in any of the following industries: Home security sales, Satellite TV sales, Pest Control sales, Home Automation/Smart home sales, Direct sales, or Those with lead generation and/or sales management experience.
• Sales background or solar experience.
