Job Summary:
AJHS is seeking a passionate and dedicated Middle School Soccer Coach to lead and inspire our student-athletes. The ideal candidate will promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and personal growth while fostering a love for the game of soccer.


Key Responsibilities:

• Instill values of teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship in all players.
• Organize and manage games, tournaments, and travel arrangements.
• Provide constructive feedback and mentoring to student-athletes.
• Ensure player safety and adherence to all school and league policies.
• Collaborate with school administration, parents, and other coaches as needed.
• Plan and conduct effective practices that develop technical, tactical, and physical skills.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience coaching soccer at the youth or middle school level (preferred).
• Knowledge of soccer rules, strategies, and training techniques.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to create a positive, supportive environment for student-athletes.
