Northrop Grumman is seeking a Senior Principal/Principal Industrial Security Analyst to join our team in Northridge, CA as a Contract Program Security Officer (CPSO). This position requires the selected candidate to be on-site. Responsibilities include developing and administering security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment; studying and implementing federal security regulations; obtaining rulings and interpretations for compliance; preparing manuals and establishing procedures for handling, storing, and record-keeping; conducting security education classes and audits; investigating security violations and preparing reports; and leading Security Operations for multiple Special Access Programs (SAP). The role requires proficiency with Department of Defense security manuals and regulations, Communications Security (COMSEC) manuals, and program-specific directives. Candidates must have a current DOD Secret clearance adjudicated within the past 5 years and be able to obtain required program accesses. Preferred qualifications include CPSO experience, ICD 704 eligibility, familiarity with ICD 705, personnel and program security experience, excellent communication skills, and current DOD Top Secret clearance adjudicated within the past 5 years. The position is full-time and on-site in Northridge, CA.
