About the Company Cymbiotika is a fast-growing CPG brand in the DTC and retail space, dedicated to delivering high-quality health and wellness products. About the Role We are seeking a Senior NetSuite Administrator to optimize and manage our NetSuite ERP system, ensuring seamless operations across finance, supply chain, and e-commerce. Responsibilities NetSuite Administration: Oversee the configuration, customization, and maintenance of NetSuite ERP to support business needs. Process Optimization: Identify and implement system improvements to enhance efficiency in finance, inventory management, and order fulfillment. Integration Management: Work with internal and third-party applications and APIs to ensure seamless data flow between NetSuite and other business systems. User Support & Training: Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and train internal teams on NetSuite best practices. Reporting & Analytics: Develop dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for leadership. Compliance & Security: Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with industry standards. Qualifications Experience: 5+ years of NetSuite administration experience, preferably in a CPG, retail, or e-commerce environment. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of NetSuite modules, SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and integrations. Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze business processes and implement effective solutions. Communication: Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams. Certifications: NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation certification is a plus.
