Forgeworks.ai is a Denver based RevOps Agency. We provide RevOps services for B2B companies specializing in the build, scale or fix stages of RevOps. From SMBs to $500M+ revenue companies, across AI SaaS startups to established enterprises and impact focused non profits.

Overview:

We are on the lookout for a talented RevOps Project Manager to join our RevOps Agency as a part time contractor. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B Go To Market and/or Operations. With expertise and specialty in Project Management.

This is not a task management job. It's hands on with expectations of the Project Manager being able to solve and troubleshoot with the RevOps analysts and admins.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project management, particularly within operations.
• Experience with Business to Business (B2B) Go To Market (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success)
• Experience with HubSpot
• Experience or knowledge in Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or Revenue Operations (RevOps)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee sprint planning and task allocation using Asana/ClickUp, ensuring clarity on who is responsible for each task and the timelines for completion.
• Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure deliverables are met efficiently.
• Maintain effective communication with clients through various channels, including Slack, email, and meetings.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and documentation to support project execution.
• Deliver revops tasks and updates for end clients

Team Structure:

You will collaborate closely with a revenue architect who will outline project requirements, as well as work alongside RevOps Managers, Admins, and Analysts. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that all projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

Workload:

You will be responsible for managing 1 to 3 client projects per week, dedicating approximately 5 to 20 hours weekly. Scaling with client demand.

Location:

Hybrid. Coworking location in Central Park, Denver. Expectations are 1-3 days a week in office depending client and hourly load.
