Job Description

We are looking for experienced Underwriting Manager to lead a team of analysts responsible for underwriting acquisitions, developments, redevelopments, and lending opportunities in its multi-billion-dollar investment program . This role collaborates with senior leaders across Acquisitions, Development, and Financing to manage priorities and transaction deadlines. We are looking for someone to focus on underwriting and financial analysis (not deal making/sourcing). Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 4 analysts , overseeing underwriting processes.
• Analyze acquisitions, developments, loans , and other investments using data-driven models .
• Conduct market research to evaluate rental rates, occupancy trends, and supply growth.
• Enhance pro forma models in partnership with the data analytics team .
• Develop and implement an analyst training program for onboarding and mentorship.
• Support investment pipeline reporting and senior management decision-making.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in real estate investment or financial analysis with 1-2 years of leadership experience.
• Looking to focus on underwriting and financial analysis (not deal making/sourcing).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Strong financial modeling, Excel, and data analysis skills .
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects under tight deadlines.
