Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking a Real Estate Closing Manager to join their team in Irvine, CA!

Job Description / Responsibilities:

Pre-Closing Duties

• Manage transaction checklists and participate in status update calls
• Coordinate with clients and title companies to ensure timely delivery of required closing documents
• Prepare signature packages and finalize closing documents in advance of scheduled closings
• Review signed documents for accuracy and distribute them to relevant parties

Post-Closing Duties

• Compile transaction closing binders according to client-specific requirements
• Communicate with title/escrow companies, lenders, and other stakeholders for post-closing follow-up
• Prepare and send electronic links for closing binders and large document files to clients
• Provide ongoing support to attorneys and clients during and after transactions

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work professionally across all levels of an organization
• Prior experience in a law firm, title company, or escrow office is preferred
• Excellent phone etiquette and a client-focused approach are essential
