Job Description

Working hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday) Working location: Woods Square Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with media contacts to secure coverage for the organization’s initiatives, events, and achievements Write, edit, and distribute press releases, media alerts, and other promotional materials to effectively communicate the organization’s message Plan and coordinate public relations events, press conferences, and promotional activities to enhance the organization’s visibility and reputation Create engaging content for various channels, including social media, blogs, and newsletters, to promote the organization’s brand and initiatives Assist in developing crisis communication strategies and respond to media inquiries during challenging situations to protect the organization’s image Monitor media coverage and conduct research to analyse public opinion and assess the effectiveness of PR campaigns Work closely with marketing, communications, and other departments to align PR strategies with overall business objectives Engage with key stakeholders, including clients, community partners, and influencers, to build positive relationships and enhance the organization’s reputation Prepare regular reports on PR activities, media coverage, and campaign effectiveness to evaluate the success of public relations efforts Advocate for and promote the organization’s brand identity through various channels to build awareness and positive perceptions in the market Requirements: Minimum Diploma and above Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and effectively convey messages Familiarity with social media platforms and their role in public relations, including content creation and audience engagement Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute positively to group efforts while also being self-motivated EA License Number: 22C1278 Disclaimer: By applying, you consent to being contacted for current or future job opportunities.
