Job Details

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead healthcare construction projects, including OSHPD/HCAi-regulated facilities. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team focused on delivering high-quality work in commercial and medical environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of the project from start to finish — planning, design, procurement, construction, and closeout.
• Oversee daily project operations, making sure the schedule, budget, and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with OSHPD/HCAi standards and safety regulations on healthcare projects.
• Track project performance, safety, and quality using CMiC and other tools.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and maintain safety standards.
• Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial or healthcare construction.
• Strong knowledge of OSHPD/HCAi requirements is ideal, but required for this specific project. Could be great for future healthcare projects.
• Proficient in construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Skilled in CMiC or similar construction management software.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
• Excellent communicator and problem solver.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
