About the Opportunity:

Our client, a reputable and growing insurance agency specializing in Auto, Workers’ Compensation, and Commercial Property , is seeking an experienced Policy Administrator / Account Manager to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in commercial lines who enjoys a mix of customer service, policy management, and account servicing in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and service a book of commercial insurance accounts, including processing endorsements, renewals, certificates, cancellations, and audits.
• Serve as the main point of contact for client policy service, questions, and changes.
• Review policies for accuracy and ensure all documentation meets agency and carrier guidelines.
• Support producers with quoting and binding new and renewal business.
• Maintain detailed and organized client files in the agency management system.
• Communicate regularly with insurance carriers and underwriters.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and professional service.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar account management or policy admin role within the insurance industry.
• Solid knowledge of Auto, Workers’ Compensation, and Commercial Property insurance.
• Active P&C insurance license (preferred).
• Familiarity with agency management systems (e.g., HubSpot custom objects or Epic).
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
