Job Title: Patient Services Representative III - Floater

Location: Colorado Springs, CO

Schedule: Floater, 1st Shift Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm

Pay Rate: $28.00

Dean's Professional Services is actively seeking an experienced Phlebotomist III to support a leading healthcare provider in Colorado Springs, CO . This role is ideal for candidates with advanced phlebotomy skills and a strong commitment to patient care and service excellence.

As a Patient Services Representative III (PSR III), you will be responsible for collecting and preparing blood specimens for lab testing while maintaining a professional, patient-focused environment. You will interact directly with patients, helping them feel comfortable and informed during each visit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform skilled venipuncture, including pediatric and geriatric collections.

• Travel to multiple locations to provide coverage in PSCs, doctor's offices, and IOP sites.

• Verify patient information, label specimens accurately, and maintain documentation.

• Maintain a safe, professional, and patient-focused environment.

• Mentor new team members and uphold company policies and leadership behaviors.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA).

• 3+ years of phlebotomy experience, including capillary collections.

• 2+ years in a Patient Service Center preferred.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.

• Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred.
