Job Responsibilities: What you will do Effectively communicate 100% accurate information regarding the Owner-Operator (O/O) program to potential O/Os, ensuring adherence to company standards and applicable regulations. Provide supportive communication with current O/Os by offering proactive solutions to aid in driver retention. Create an accurate picture of potential cash flow and related expenses such as routine maintenance, insurance, and other costs associated with starting a small trucking business. Develop professional customer engagement and outstanding customer service by utilizing all provided tools and programs. Proactively identify and address potential customers by tracking and notifying drivers of approvals, trucks available, and other relevant information. Identify and resolve potential problems during the contract process, ensuring error-free execution of all required documents. Have an in-depth knowledge of all available services to help identify the best solutions for owners. Build trust-based relationships with owners, potential owners, and colleagues through adult-to-adult conversations. Continuously improve your skills and performance. Prioritize tasks effectively while building business acumen and a commitment to excellence. Perform other duties as assigned by leadership. Basic understanding of marketing and small business management. Associate's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent education and/or experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional listening and interpersonal skills. Sound judgment and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently.
