Full Time Licensed Substance Abuse Therapist – Make a Meaningful Impact

What You’ll Do

• Lead individual counseling sessions , providing guidance and support for lasting recovery
• Develop customized treatment plans , adapting strategies to meet patient needs
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community resources to ensure holistic care
• Provide crisis intervention and relapse prevention techniques
• Maintain detailed patient records and ensure compliance with ethical and state regulations
• Advocate for patients by connecting them to legal, housing, and social services

What We’re Looking For

• Master of Social Work ( MSW ) with LSW (Licensed Social Worker) certification
• Experience working with substance use disorder and mental health populations
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Passion for patient-centered care and a commitment to ethical standards
