We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Remote Live Chat Agent / Help Desk Analyst. In this dual role, youll serve as the first point of contact for customers and internal users, providing fast, friendly, and effective support via live chat and help desk systems. This is a fully remote position offering flexibility and the opportunity to grow in a customer support or IT support career.Responsibilities:Provide real-time assistance to users via live chat, resolving inquiries, technical issues, and service requestsRespond to support tickets submitted through help desk platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, ServiceNow)Diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical problems related to software, hardware, or user accountsGuide users step-by-step through solutions using clear, non-technical languageEscalate more complex issues to Tier 2 or technical teams when necessaryLog all interactions, issues, and resolutions with accuracy and detailMonitor chat queues and prioritize inquiries to maintain timely responsesDeliver an exceptional customer experience through professional and empathetic communicationFollow company procedures and maintain data security and confidentialityParticipate in team meetings and ongoing training sessionsQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree preferredExcellent written communication skills and fast, accurate typing (40+ WPM recommended)Experience with live chat platforms and help desk systemsBasic understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and software applicationsAbility to multi-task, stay organized, and remain calm under pressureSelf-starter comfortable working independently in a remote setting
