About the Role

As a Leasing Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents and a key contributor to resident satisfaction and retention. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about customer service and community engagement.

Responsibilities

Leasing Activities

• Manage leads, follow up with prospects, and close leases
• Process rental applications, secure deposits, and ensure Fair Housing compliance
• Coordinate apartment readiness and move-ins for new residents

Resident Retention

• Follow up on maintenance service requests to ensure resident satisfaction
• Assist in planning and hosting resident appreciation and retention events

Qualifications

• Passion for providing exceptional customer service
• Leasing experience in a multifamily environment preferred
• Affordable housing leasing experience is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Proficiency with Windows, Word, Excel, internet, and email
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Experience with Yardi and/or RealPage property management software preferred

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
• Saturdays as needed based on property requirements
