Job Description
We are currently seeking a fleet maintenance technician with 24/7 Availability. A minimum of five years of heavy duty work experience is required. Work will be performed out in the field and in the shop. Hours of normal operation are 9am-5:30PM ON-CALL 24/7. This job requires the diesel Service Technician to properly be able to complete the following. AVI Inspections, diagnoses and repairs diesel-powered equipment like trucks, forklifts, Refrigerant units, earth moving equipment and other related repairs on dry van trailers and food grade tankers. Their main duties include running diagnostic tests on trucks and equipment, replacing the units’ engine, transmission, steering mechanism or braking system and test driving the vehicle to determine if they properly fixed the maintenance issue.
