Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced General Contractor to join our dynamic team and help bring our ambitious hospitality projects to life. The ideal candidate will be experienced in restaurant and entertainment construction, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is ready to lead projects from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all phases of restaurant and nightlife venue construction, remodels, and build-outs. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timelines, quality standards, and budgets are met. Work closely with in-house design, architecture, and operations teams to translate vision into executable construction plans. Obtain and manage permits, inspections, and code compliance throughout project lifecycles. Maintain safety standards on all job sites and ensure OSHA compliance. Track project costs, manage change orders, and ensure projects are completed on budget. Conduct regular site inspections and status meetings with stakeholders and internal teams. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a general contractor or construction project manager, preferably in restaurant/hospitality construction. Proven experience in managing multiple high-value construction projects simultaneously. Strong knowledge of building codes, permitting processes, and construction management best practices. Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans. Familiarity with construction management software and budgeting tools. Must be detail-oriented, solutions-driven, and adaptable to changing priorities. Preferred: Licensed General Contractor in the state of Colorado. Experience working with FFE (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) for restaurants or nightlife venues.
