Full Charge Bookkeeper

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and self-driven Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our remote bookkeeping team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys digging into the details, thrives in a fast-paced virtual environment, and values accuracy as much as great communication. You’ll play a key role in maintaining financial clarity and supporting our clients with reliable, timely bookkeeping services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and post bank and credit card transactions in QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy
• Enter bills into various bill payment platforms
• Receive and post payments on client accounts
• Maintain strong, professional relationships with clients through excellent communication

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ years of prior bookkeeping experience
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
• Previous experience working with multiple clients a plus
• Previous remote work experience is a plus
