Job Description

We are looking for a meticulous and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data, which is vital to our research and business operations. You will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining data in our systems while adhering to confidentiality and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately input and manage large volumes of data into our databases and software systems.
  • Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness, correcting any errors as necessary.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of information, ensuring easy retrieval when needed.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation as required by the team.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary data and support various projects.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance data management skills.
  • Provide general administrative support as required.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or relevant certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative support, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and data entry software.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations is an advantage.
