Responsibilities – Culture Director:

  • Champion and build a positive, people-first culture within the restaurant
  • Plan and execute employee celebrations, team outings, and recognition programs
  • Recognize birthdays, anniversaries, and key milestones in meaningful ways
  • Support onboarding and new team member experience
  • Help develop team members personally and professionally
  • Foster a work environment where staff feel appreciated, supported, and empowered
  • Represent the Chick-fil-A brand and values in all internal culture-building initiatives
  • Collaborate with leadership to maintain high team morale and engagement
  • Oversee internal communication efforts related to staff engagement and recognition

Qualifications/Requirements – Culture Director:

  • Prior leadership, management, or team-building experience required
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for people and culture
  • Event planning or HR experience a plus
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Positive, mature, and dependable with a can-do attitude
  • Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Chick-fil-A experience is a plus but not required
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
