Duties: We are seeking a detail-oriented Content Administrator to support our digital content management efforts. This contractor role will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining product content in Salsify, ensuring that all data aligns with company standards and the New Product Introduction (NPI) calendar. The ideal candidate will work closely with Merchandising, Product Management, National Account, and Digital teams to ensure timely and accurate content delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Input, update, and maintain product data, attributes, and digital assets in Salsify.
Ensure all product content is accurate, complete, and aligned with company standards.
Support the NPI calendar by managing product data updates in accordance with launch timelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and precise content delivery.
Maintain data integrity and governance standards within the platform.
Troubleshoot data discrepancies, missing attributes, or content gaps in Salsify.
Assist in content syndication and validation for downstream applications and retailer requirements.
Follow best practices for product information management (PIM) and digital asset organization.
Skills:
Experience with Salsify or other PIM (Product Information Management) systems preferred.
Prior experience in data entry, digital content management, or e-commerce content administration.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of product information.
Familiarity with data governance best practices.
Basic understanding of content syndication processes for e-commerce and retail.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate with multiple teams.
