About Us : Code Ninjas is a fun, engaging, and educational coding center designed for children and teens. Our mission is to provide a supportive learning environment where kids can develop their coding skills, problem-solving abilities, and creativity through various coding activities and projects. Position Summary: As a Code Ninjas Sensei (Coding Instructor), you will be responsible for guiding and instructing students in the world of coding, helping them learn and grow in a collaborative and exciting environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to impart knowledge, foster creativity, and inspire the next generation of programmers. Responsibilities: 1. Teach Coding Concepts:

  • Deliver coding lessons and curriculum in an engaging and accessible manner.
  • Guide students through various programming languages, tools, and platforms.
2. Facilitate Learning:
  • Provide one-on-one and group instruction to students of varying skill levels and age groups.
  • Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages creativity, critical thinking, and teamwork.
3. Assist in Project Development:
  • Mentor students as they work on coding projects, providing guidance and troubleshooting assistance.
  • Encourage students to think critically and solve problems independently.
4. Monitor Progress:
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve and succeed.
  • Keep accurate records of student achievements and areas for growth.
5. Assist with Events and Workshops: - Assist in organizing and leading workshops, camps, and other events related to coding and technology. 6. Ensure Safety and Supervision:
  • Maintain a safe and secure learning environment for all students.
  • Supervise and ensure the well-being of students during coding sessions.
Qualifications:
  • Enthusiasm for coding, technology, and education.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with children and teenagers.
  • Experience in coding and programming languages (e.g., Scratch, Python, JavaScript, HTML/CSS).
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate various learning styles and skill levels.
  • Patience, creativity, and a passion for helping students succeed.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in teaching, tutoring, or mentoring, especially in a coding or technology-related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Education, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
  • Familiarity with educational tools and platforms used in coding instruction.
