Job Summary

We are seeking a visionary, data-driven Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead and elevate Reed’s Inc.’s global brand and marketing strategy in alignment with our aggressive growth goals. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CMO will be responsible for defining and executing a holistic marketing vision across digital, brand, retail, product innovation, and consumer engagement.

This role requires an exceptional leader who can translate brand equity into market leadership, drive top-line growth through innovative demand generation strategies, and champion customer-centric thinking across the organization. The CMO will work closely with the CEO, Sales, Product Development, Operations and Finance teams to ensure marketing is a powerful lever for long-term enterprise value creation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive, insight-driven global marketing strategy to elevate brand equity, expand market share, and accelerate revenue growth.
  • Lead integrated marketing initiatives across digital, PR, experiential, retail/trade, and e-commerce.
  • Direct brand positioning, product innovation strategies, and portfolio architecture.
  • Build and manage a world-class marketing team with a high-performance culture.
  • Use data analytics and market research to optimize pricing, promotional efficiency, and customer segmentation.
  • Oversee all external brand communications to ensure consistency, creativity, and resonance.
  • Lead customer acquisition and retention strategies across various channels.
  • Develop long-term partnerships with agencies, retailers, and influencers to amplify brand reach.
  • Serve as a spokesperson and brand ambassador in key strategic and investor settings.
  • Set and manage the marketing budget and forecast with accountability for ROI.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a C-level or senior executive marketing role in a CPG or beverage company.
  • Demonstrated success in leading omnichannel brand growth and repositioning initiatives.
  • Strong command of consumer behavior, brand strategy, digital marketing, and data analytics.
  • Experience managing marketing in a public company or investor-facing environment preferred.
  • Proven leadership in building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing marketing organizations.
  • Expertise in go-to-market strategy, performance marketing, and new product launches.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Passion for innovation, agility, and operational excellence in a fast-paced entrepreneurial culture.
