Contribute to the development of long-term business plans and strategic goals. Budget planning and management to align with strategic goals. Experience you will need: Bachelor's degree or above, background in law or patents preferred. Over 15 years of business development experience in the IP industry, familiar with the local intellectual property market. Fluent in English, capable of working effectively in an English-speaking environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
