The Associate Manager, Store Marketing Operations will be responsible for providing support throughout the development and implementation of store marketing tactics to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales. This individual will collaborate closely with internal and external partners to ensure the successful execution of promotional initiatives and distribution of marketing materials. Responsibilities include assisting in the development and purchasing of permanent or promotional materials aligned with marketing objectives and target audience including the identification of new signage opportunities; developing and implementing various processes and workflows; recommending process improvements to increase efficiencies; partnering with internal teams, including category and operations to support various marketing programs via in-store signage and activations; overseeing budget management, inventory management, estimates and invoicing of promotional or permanent signage; managing timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure seamless execution of in-store marketing initiatives; managing strategies for placement and messaging with support from various cross functional teams; supporting Store Marketing Operations Manager with inventory and store reporting requests, including data reports and pulls; collaborating with internal stakeholders to align promotional initiatives with overall marketing and business objectives; working closely with creative team and trafficking specialist to ensure in-store signage is produced on time and within the appropriate placement parameters; communicating effectively across teams to ensure alignment and cohesion in in-store marketing efforts; preparing reports and presentations summarizing key insights, competitive trends, and recommendations for improvement; supporting Store Marketing Operations Manager with ad hoc projects. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in marketing, business, project management, or related field preferred; 3-5 years experience in related field preferred; advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); print signage spec experience preferred; copywriting experience preferred; strong attention to detail; strong written and verbal communication skills; retail experience a plus; experience with project management tool a plus.
