Full-Time Associate Dentist Opportunity in York, PA!

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled Associate Dentist to become a valued part of our team. We welcome recent graduates and offer strong mentorship opportunities , though preference will be given to candidates with at least one year of clinical experience.

Compensation & Benefits

• Daily Guarantee: Up to $850/day for the first 3 months
• Production-Based Pay: 35% of collections, with earning potential approaching $300,000 annually
• Benefits Package Includes: CE allowance, 401(k) retirement plan, Paid vacation, $4,000 annual medical stipend, Mentorship and clinical growth support

Work Schedule

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: Off by 5:00 pm
• Wednesday: Off by 6:00 pm
• Friday: ½ Day!
• No weekends or On-call required!
