Here’s what you’ll be doing (and it's more than just pixels): Dream up compelling concepts and designs that reflect your unique style, talent, and maybe a bit of madness. Flex those art direction muscles with skills in color theory, typography, and composition that go way beyond the basics. Adapt to different brand vibes—whether it’s sleek and corporate or bold and quirky—you’ve got it covered. Create designs across every medium under the sun: social, digital, video, packaging, and point of purchase, just to name a few. Collaborate with a team of creative dynamos (Creative Directors, ACDs, and Copywriters) to make the magic happen. Own your projects from start to finish, keeping things on time, on budget, and looking sharp. Stay on top of industry trends, pushing boundaries and bringing fresh ideas to the table every day. What You’ll Bring to the Party: A Bachelor’s degree in graphic arts or a related field. 6-10 years of experience in an ad agency or design environment—enough to know your stuff but still hungry to learn more. Mastery of the Mac and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Animate, Illustrator, XD). A killer portfolio that shows off your versatility, with stellar examples of design, color, photography, logo work, and typography. A self-starter vibe and a “bring it on” attitude, ready to tackle any project that comes your way. Solid communication skills—you play well with others and can navigate any team dynamic.
