The Opportunity Description Assistant Property Manager - Affordable Housing Cambridge, MA $60,000-$62,000/year Full-Time Wingate Management Company is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations at an affordable housing community in Cambridge, MA. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in affordable housing programs who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Property Manager with daily operations, including leasing, compliance, and resident relations Respond to resident inquiries and ensure excellent customer service Support with rent collection, lease renewals, and maintaining accurate resident records Help ensure compliance with LIHTC, Section 8, and other affordable housing programs Maintain organized files, process applications, and manage waitlists Assist in preparing reports, handling correspondence, and coordinating inspections Our Client Our company has been delivering excellence for nearly 60years.
